First time at this location but I love the senorita bread. I'll definitely be returning.

I have never heard of this bakery before but a friend in Los Angeles recommended it and the senorita bread is fantastic. Just gotta eat it hot out of their oven.

I was there as soon as they opened and found that a line had started. Their bread is sooo good! Especially when it's hot and fresh. They worked in a very timely manner to get us our food as fast as possible the line had about 6 people and after I ordered I waited less than 5 minutes to receive my bread. If only I had some boba tea to make it more satisfying!

Wow this is a 'fancy' Starbread Bakery compared to ones in the Bay Area! Modern, clean, friendlier staff (finally!), and HOLY 'butter' MOLY they offer other savory and sweet items along with their infamous Senorita Bread!

This location offers different Filipino-style empanadas, Chinese sesame balls using ube, lumpia, Filipino sweets and malaaaaaa-sadasaaaaas!! Mango....dulce de leche and Bavarian creme to choose from...OH MY!

I refrained and only picked up some senorita bread, sesame ball and chicken with carrot empanada since I was visiting relatives before heading back to the Bay Area...Senorita Bread is ALWAYS a must, sesame ball with ube tasted like the Chinese version (hit the spot!), and the chicken empanada was more sweet than savory...just a preference, I prefer the Latin American versions with a savory, ground beef with a less sweet pastry dough.

This is hands down the best place for seorita bread. The service is always fast, the bread is always fresh and hot when I get it, and you definitely can't complain about the prices. $8 for 20 piece seorita bread, which is my usual, is a very fair price for delicious fluffy clouds of sweet goodness.

I'm happy to finally see a Starbread in the City of Roseville! and, and it's close to my home, yay!... okay, well, not really but it's sure as heck closer than driving to Natomas! oh wait, they no longer have a Starbread... it's now been replaced by BAD Bakers (Bread and Donuts)... well, Roseville has that too located at 1420 E. Roseville Parkway Suite 180, in the Palisades Plaza.

This Starbread Bakery is conveniently located on Baseline Road! Before the bakery opened, while filling up gas at the corner Shell station, I happened to look in this little plaza and I could've sworn I saw the Starbread signage in one of the middle units all lit up in green letters but wasn't sure. A few days later I actually went back to see if it's true... and lo and behold! STARBREAD! Come to me, little seorita bread!

Need I say more about the deliciousness of the seorita bread? Those famous oblong rolls made of enriched bread dough sprinkled with butter, sugar, and breadcrumbs so addicting. Now, instead of donut options at work I can also share these little babies to my co-workers. Aaaannnd... how convenient is it to have Dutch Bros just a few steps away. Oh, they also have other pastries such as empanadas, turon, pig in a blanket and other snacks but the main attraction are the warm seorita bread!

Now all I need is a good boba place nearby...

I'm so excited that Starbread is open!! I'm currently 6 1/2 months pregnant and have been craving some seorita bread. Guess it's time to walk over and pick up some more .

This morning I stopped at the Star Bread in Roseville. My work shift starts at 7:00 am but I promised my work I would stop by and pick up some Senorita bread as I talk about how good it is and how excited I was they now have a store in Roseville. Needless to say, they noticed I was sitting outside the store waiting till 7:00 when they open and they were kind enough to open the store a little early for me. Grace was in the back getting my order all ready and Jordan helped me at the counter. They were both very nice and I was very grateful for the special service they showed me before getting to work. I will be back for sure and would recommend Star Bread as a good place for yummy treats and good customer service.

Two words: Seniorita Bread. Their seniorita bread is baked fresh, you order how many you'd like at the counter, and a few minutes later a box full of warm, delicious seniorita bread comes out. The bread itself is perfect. Sweet, flavorful, cooked the perfect amount. They have a whole bunch of other delicious looking breads/pastries too, although I haven't tried them personally. Great location too! So happy we have them in Roseville! Only downside is that I'll probably end up gaining some serious pounds with this amazing place so close to my house

Starbread Bakery has been a staple in my family for years. Anyone to bring a box to any event, big enough for everyone, is praised like a God. I was more than excited to see that our favorite and much sought after bakery, opening up right around the corner from our house! It was always a bit of a trek to get our favorite treat, until now!

I have to admit I was a little nervous to try this location's version of the Senorita Bread, because every location is a tad bit different with their recipe. BUT OH MAN. I was not prepared for the deliciousness that I was about to experience. THIS SENORITA BREAD IS THE BOMB. Hand downs the best I have ever had.

And of course, they also have a variety of other Filipino treats that I'm sure are as equally spectacular.

If you're looking for a unique treat for yourself to try or to bring to an event, this place has it.

Best way to describe the seorita bead is to compare it to a bread stick. It's doughy, plain, and lightly sweetened. This is a good treat to pair with your morning coffee. Bakery was clean, cheap prices, and friendly cashier. Next time I'll have to give the other treats a try.

The seorita bread at this place is off the hook. It is literally the best I have had and yes, it's addictive. I used to get this stuff all the time in the Bay Area and was excited that I found a spot in this area. I will definitely be back again.

My husband and I went and tried several different versions of the stuffed Starbread, as well as a few Lumpia. I still prefer the original Starbread and will definitely get more Lumpia next time. .

I was so excited when I found out starbread opened up in Roseville! Can't really beat delicious bread and fast service. And it's super affordable which is nice on the wallet.

My favorite is the senorita bread. It's like Christmas opening up a box filled with these small pieces of goodness. I think a lot of people can agree that it's so easy to go through a box of senorita bread. It's great that you can pick and choose how many pieces. A box of 30 is $12...what a steal! But don't worry, if you're into portion control, a bag of 5 is $2. Senorita bread is best served warm but honestly, I would eat it even after it cooks down. Love that they serve it warm though, let's you know that it hasn't been sitting out at room temperature for hours.

This place is more modern compared to some other locations I've been to. The decor is nice and the ambiance is very homey. It's also nice they accept card because I always forget to carry cash. Do yourself a favor and come to starbread for a nice morning treat (or leftovers for a treat later on... if the box lasts that long).

Whoever had the idea to bring Starbread to this part of Roseville, I am forever in your debt. Not only is it on my way to work (sort of....), but it is way closer than Bad Bakers by the mall and in Natomas. My favorite thing about this location, besides the senorita bread of course, is how QUICK they are. I stopped in to order a box of 50 (yes 50) and it was brought out in less than 3 minutes and the box was piping hot still! These breads also seem to be slightly larger than other locations so definitely they get points for that. They also have a large variety of other sweet and savory treats. I tried some of their malasadas which were so tasty! I am so happy that Starbread is now less than a 10 minute drive from me! I cannot wait to go back, though my hips may start complaining if I go to often.

PS. there is a credit card minimum, though I can't remember off the top of my head. I want to say between $5-$8.

I'm originally from Hawaii with two of my great grandparents being from the Philippines. I grew up eating lumpia, sweet breads, and haupia. Starbread is truly legit! A taste of home in my own backyard. Great place and greater treats!

Road trip to Anaheim and decided to stop off at Starbread for some Seorita bread and Malasadas. No regrets... They were so good and the cost was reasonable. Service was great and the store was clean and neat. Definitely recommend to those on a family road trip to stop by and pick up some sweets for the road... It's worth the detour from the I5... You won't regret it.

So first things first- it's star bread. I grew up with this place at the original one on Mack road so senorita bread isn't foreign to me.

I'm actually really happy they put one here in Roseville, it's also really nice to know I can get pandesal and empanadas as I want. The place is clean and it's brand new so it's really nice.

So the prices are the same and the typical scenario is senorita bread and a coffee. And there's a bonus of a Dutch brothers in the parking lot.

Ok so why the 4 stars? The bread- I got it fresh but honestly it was dry as hell. Felt like they just put this batch together in a rush and threw the butter and sugar on top and boxed it. So yeah wasn't too happy as I was downing my coffee so fast from the dry ass bread.

Anywho I'm HOPING the next time I go it'll be like the original in south sac.

I'm so glad they have a Starbread in Roseville! Now I don't have to drive to elk grove anymore. This is my favorite bread bakery so far. I like that it's a very small business. It's not a huge bakery that has lots of options, which is nice in a way. Less is more. Their sweet bread is an addiction, especially when its freshly hot in the box. The pan de sal is good to take home for dinner rolls to warm up later. You can never go wrong with those. I haven't tried the other desserts they have aside from the red bean sesame ball, which was good! So if you go, try them out if your taste buds are ready for an adventure lol. Other than that, the prices are pretty sweet!!

I love Filipino food, but had never tried the seorita bread so I decided to go in and buy some to try it out and OMG! So DELICIOUS. I also ended up getting some of their Nutella and Strawberry stuffed bread. Everything was so good. The girl at the register was also very nice. Great Bakery!!

What a delicious fluffy treat! I have had a hard time finding good lumpia and steamed buns but Starbread delivers. My significant other wanted to get Starbread which is a fluffy and light pastry like a donut and it was excellent. I've never had Starbread before, but it is worth trying.

Starbread has a sweet flavor and is freshly baked or fried (not sure). It is crusted with a sugar and is almost gooey in the middle.

The lumpia was crisp and balanced as well as the proportionate steamed pork bun.

I would recommend this bakery for people who haven't had Starbread and are looking to try something new instead of doughnuts. The food selection seemed limited, but I only came for a specific item.

Recent move here from the Bay Area and we are glad we found a Starbread. Senorita bread is delicious and so are the other goodies.

The senorita bread was really soft and buttery. The butter is a type of sugar butter. The outer surface is crispy. My family always get a box of them. They are fairly priced. I would advise you to eat them when they are hot because they don't store very well.

Their lumpia isn't like the typical lumpia. There's veggies in the middle and not all meat.

I've never had Starbread before but it's similar to a bread butter sugar concoction we have in Thailand but in Thailand it has more sugar (which I think is nicer!). These breads were soft and fresh though and the kiddo's ate it up.

Also got the donuts with cream, Nutella, and dulce de leche. I think my favorite was the dulce de leche! Only 75 cents each.

I can't tell you enough how excited myself and my family was to find this Starbread! It was by accident as well. We had went to the Dutch Brothers and made a wrong turn trying to exit and there they were!

Have you ever had Senorita Bread? Or as my family calls it, Crack Bread! Its warm and buttery and sugary and when you hold it in your hands its like holding the best hug you can hold! They also have plenty of other Filipino goodies as well my wife and kids love and as you can see from the pics I have took of this place they are very cheap, you can buy 50 for $20! A great gift to bring to a get together or gathering!

I also liked that this location is very clean and modern. The Natomas location is great as well (they are sweeter and butteryer) but I am excited that this one is so close to my home. Please give it a try and you will not be disappointed.

I heard about them right after they opened from my brother in law.

We went to get a coffee from FourScore and after, stopped by Starbread to get some Seoritas!
As we parked right away you can smell the nice fresh Seoritas baking!
The place is very bright, clean, cozy and most of the time as you walk in there's no cashier but as soon as they hear the door opening they come out to help (excellent service).

Every single time I came here we only ordered the deliciously famous Seoritas but on one of my next visits would love to try something else and definitely will.

I've seen a couple yelp friends leaving their reviews (May & William) and had nothing but great things to say.

I live 10 min away from Starbread and will be back again soon.

I had ordered the Malsadas from this place and I was not disappointed they were so good and the fillings were delicious. This was my first time eating Malsadas and I will definitely be back my favorite was the Custard and Nutella Filling.

I get the senorita bread for my office maybe twice a month. The prices are very fair and reasonable, and the bread is amazingly delicious. You can't eat just one or two ! The ordering is simple, they are quick to get it out to you and the establishment is always very clean. I am so happy they opened one in Roseville because I used to have to drive to the one off Mack Road. (: Happy Eating!

I LOVE coming here for delicious treats to sink my teeth into & satisfy my craving for Filipino goodies! The selection of traditional pastries is plentiful. My faves are the malasadas, mungo hopia, & hot senorita bread. I also enjoy the rich flan. Whenever family & friends visit from out of the area, they all request we pick up some yummies. And when we brought a large order of senorita bread to a party, people were so excited about what we showed up with. The customer service here is always friendly & welcoming. Just know that the earlier you can stop by, the greater the selection of treats available.

I had my first senorita bread at a party this year but had no idea what it was or where to find it. When I realized Starbread was in Roseville, I was there the next day.

While I came just for that item, I ended up getting a variety of things. The dinner rolls were excellent. My favorite, besides the senorita bread, was this thing that looked like a giant donut hole. They were excellent and come with various fillings.

The person behind me had called in an order for lumpia, which they had packaged and ready for take out. I'll do that next time. I've never had lumpia like theirs which has corn and green beans.

There's still a lot to try and I'll order different items next time because I wasn't disappointed with anything I got.

Starbread is incredible. Senorita bread hot from the oven is like no other. They're super friendly and it's way too easy to eat a whole box of senorita bread in one sitting. We love it here.

Thank you Starbread! Fresh senorita rolls and so many malasada flavors that we had to order them all. We called one day in advance to place a large senorita roll order along with a tray of 50 lumpia. My rolls were stacked so perfectly and the box was warm to the touch. Mmmmm. My lumpia order was perfectly timed for my arrival and were still hot when I packed them in the car. My family enjoyed every bite and even took home a few leftovers. Wonderful and friendly service by the two young gentlemen at the counter. I will be back and so will all of my family members.

A hidden gem. If you've never tried seniorita bread I highly suggest you change that. It's cheaper than donuts not to mention freshly baked. My new stop on my morning commute

When you have a craving for starbread nothing else can satisfy it. I ordered a 10 piece when I went, but I definitely wish I would have ordered more.

When I got the bread it was nice and warm. I ate four pieces just sitting in the car. The bread has a sweet almost gooey texture with a crunchier exterior. It is a sweet and salty bite all in one.

Everyone who I have brought starbread for have loved it. It's honestly the perfect bite.

This location is the best. Ive had seorita bread at the midtown-location but this location is hands down top shelf quality and professional service. People are friendly and everything I've ordered has been fresh, hot and delicious.

It took me moving to Sacramento to discover the amazing seorita bread. If you haven't tried it yet and stumbled upon this place, try it! The bread is almost like small crescents but are buttery yet sweet for a perfect sweet and salty combination. When debating how many to get just get more than what you think because most likely you will dig in before even getting home with them. If you like something a little more savory the chicken empanadas are delicious as well. The outside is nice and crispy yet still flaky. The inside has chicken and some vegetables mixed but so flavorful.

We tried some of their malasadas which are pretty much doughnut balls with sugar coating and the option of different fillings. The raspberry was the perfect fruity doughnut mix. However the Nutella ended up tasting like plain chocolate, maybe they got them mixed up? The dulce de leche was good but just a little too sweet for me. And the cream one was just like a custard filled doughnut and you can't go wrong there!

There are plenty of options at Starbread just give a bunch of things a try. They have something for everyone!

The Senorita bread is a must have. Whenever I get it, the treat disappears quickly. Everyone loves, loves, loves fresh hot made-to-order Senorita bread. All baked goods are are fresh and delicious.

Seorita bread all day err day. This place is so yummy and dangerously close to my house. You can inhale 10 of these in one sitting without even knowing. Just go and try and it. You can thank me later.

Starbread Bakery is known for their Spanish Bread or "Seniorita Bread," as they call it. The bakery is tucked on the Baseline Rd. side of Elks Hill Plaza. They also sell other Filipino baked goodies and snacks--from Lumpia and Turon to Pan de Sal, Siopao, and Ensaymada.

FOOD:
Seniorita Bread: Good. I thought they would be larger, but they're actually finger-sized. The bread is soft, while the layer of butter and sugar in the middle is flavorful. They're just a tad too sweet for my palate, but delicious nonetheless. You can enjoy these as a snack or perhaps for breakfast with a cup of coffee. Most customers buy Seniorita Bread by the box.

Malasadas (Mango, Dulce de Leche, Bavarian Cream, Strawberry): Good, with my favorite fillings being Bavarian Cream and Strawberry. The exterior is soft and coated with sugar, while the middle is fluffy. My only request is for them to make sure each Malasada has a fair amount of filling.

Starbread's popular Seniorita Bread is as good as advertised. They're authentic, tasty, and freshly baked everyday. With multiple branches around the Bay Area, I'm glad they opened a location in Roseville.

This location is great being so close to home and is never super busy. The senorita bread is where it's at!!! Really good deal for some delicious sweet bread rolls that are shareable.
We usually take some on the way to church. It's ALWAYS a crowd pleaser.
We haven't tried any of the other items on the menu but it all looks so good.

I went in for some Senorita Bread after being introduced to them by a friend. I didn't think they would be so affordable! So dangerous... I have to tell myself not to buy 40 for myself every time I go in.

It's a good and bad thing that this place is only 15 minutes from my house LOL. If you haven't had senorita bread, you've been missing out. They're pretty addicting--you can't have just one!! I definitely prefer starbread's recipe over Bad Baker's. If it's your first time trying senorita bread, definitely come try it at Starbread first.

They also sell other Filipino treats like ensaymadas, malasadas, suman, and some other stuff. Definitely recommend this place!!

Senorita bread is soft, fluffy, sweet, buttery, and downright addicting. It's pretty reasonable also. Way cheaper and much better tasting than the $6 cup of Auntie Anne's pretzel bites we got in the mall yesterday.

If you bring this to work or a party, you'll be the star. Just get it.

They have other fun Filipino treats too.

The only negative, they're so addicting, you'll eat more than you think you need and then be stuffed!

Love this place! The bread is always delicious and fresh and it's a quick in and out. I suggest calling in for bigger orders because the bread goes quickly when you have a house that loves to eat!

Who does not like those sweet buttery things called senorita bread? It smelled so heavenly once I walked in the bakery. Be sure to order by quantity. It gets busy & there's no seating inside. Standing room only. There's also empanadas, hot dog pretzel bread, non-alcoholic beverages & many other Filipino breads. Some sweet. Some savory. There's a huge parking lot since this bakery is located in a shopping strip.
